FROM BRASIL LOCALLY ROASTED

Born from the Portuguese idea of a “new rhythm,” Bossa is our way of sharing a piece of Brasil through flavor, warmth, and joy. We partner with small, sustainable farms across Brasil and roast every batch locally, bringing the country’s best coffee to you. Our Brazilian cafe and cocktail bar is opening soon in Portland Oregon.

OUR MISSION

Our mission at Bossa is to bring the culture, warmth, and diversity of Brasil to Portland, and to create a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.

At Bossa we celebrate community, and the belief that culture is something to be shared, not kept. Bossa is about community and heritage. It’s about embracing the beauty of Latin American culture, the flavors, the music, the hospitality, and the sense of belonging. It’s a reminder that our culture carries resilience, joy, and the ability to build strong communities together.

We’re working to bring this mission to life through Brazilian specialty coffee, food, cocktails, and music. While our café and bar are coming soon, our freshly roasted Brazilian coffee is available now through one-time orders and monthly subscriptions.
